The Pink Bow Campaign was beyond thrilled to be a part of the 2nd Annual Pink Cupcake Walk in Charlotte on Saturday, October 8th. Over 2,000 individuals joined WBTV’s Molly Grantham, Taste of Charlotte, and Go Jen Go to honor and remember those fighting [breast cancer. We donated over 200 pink bows and beads to breast cancer patients, survivors, and thrivers.

The weekend was made even more special by having my mom, Mary Beth Hyatt (and my personal WHY), join us for the event and celebrate her 22 years as a breast cancer survivor. As Molly said “Perfect morning, Charlotte. From all of us at WBTV News, thank you for showing up in record numbers, raising more money than ever to go to people in our community through charity Go Jen Go! and showing what hope looks like.”

Thank you to all of our sponsors, supporters, neighborhoods, and communities for helping to make this the biggest year EVER for The Pink Bow Campaign. We have officially distributed over 7,000 pink bows and reached almost 50 neighborhoods. It’s bittersweet to announce but we are almost completely out of pink bows.
Thank you for helping to make impact in the fight against breast cancer – One pink bow at a time.
